When you fill in a form on this site or book a consultation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property if you give it, and whatever you tell us about your project. If you attach photos, we store those too.
We don’t track you around the internet, and we don’t buy lists of people who have shown interest in building or remodeling. We do use public property records and contact-tracing services to build our own mailing and call lists — that is described next.
Most of what we hold, you gave us — through our contact form, by calling or texting us, or in the course of a project.
We also build mailing and call lists for our own marketing from public records — county assessor and recorder data identifying property owners and parcels — and from contact-tracing services that match a name and property to a mailing address or a phone number. This is how builders have always found homeowners who might be planning work; the records are public, and we use them only to introduce ourselves.
If you are on one of those lists, you never contacted us, and you would rather not hear from us, tell us and we will remove you permanently. Call (435) 709-2039 or use the contact form.
We scrub our call lists against the National Do Not Call Registry, and we do not text anyone whose number came from public records or a tracing service. Text messages go only to people who ticked the box on our form and asked for them.
We use it to reply to you, to prepare an estimate, and to run the job if you hire us. It goes into our own customer records, which only Basin New Home staff can see. We keep it for as long as we might reasonably need it for warranty and record-keeping.
Only the people who need it to do the work — for example a subcontractor who needs the site address, or the software we use to send email and text messages on our behalf.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile phone number or your text message consent with anyone for their own marketing. Ever.
Our website is deliberately simple. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share browsing activity with advertisers or data brokers.
Our web host processes the ordinary technical information every website receives in order to serve pages and block abuse — your IP address, the time of your request, the page requested, and your browser and device type — and may set a short-lived security cookie to tell human visitors from bots. That is a security measure, not advertising, and it does not follow you across other sites. Our pages also load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for those font files.
If we ever add analytics, advertising tags, or retargeting to this site, we will update this policy before turning them on.

We use reasonable protections appropriate to a business our size: reputable hosted services, access controls on our accounts, and encryption in transit — this site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure and we can’t promise it is.
Please don’t send Social Security numbers, bank account or card numbers, or copies of identification by text or email. If a lender or title company needs those, send them directly to that company through whatever secure method they provide. We will never ask you for them by text.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it. Email or call and we’ll handle it.
Our services are for property owners and adults. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
